Thanksgiving hot takes:
– Turkey is overrated. There is a reason we only eat it once a year. Smoke a prime rib instead.
– Stuffing is probably most people’s favorite side dish. But it has to have big fat chunks of sausage.
– Brussel sprouts are fire if done right.
– Give me all the Key Lime pie. True, it’s a high-variance dish. But nothing beats a well done key lime pie.
