Nate and Sarah: Owners

Nate and Sarah both were born and raised in Utah, just north of Salt Lake City. Nate graduated from the University of Utah as a double major (economics and marketing) and Sarah graduated from Weber State University as a Registered Nurse. In the fall of 2011, they moved their family from Utah to Pittsburgh. Shortly thereafter, the doors of Real Property Management Pittsburgh were officially opened.

They have six kids (four of whom they love) that keep them pretty busy. When they’re not trucking them all over Pittsburgh for school, playdates, athletic events, piano, etc. they can be found trying to find a quiet place in the house for a nap. They also enjoy road trips, smoked meats (their Traeger is their 7th child), sports, reading, and serving in their church congregation.

Colin: Business Development Manager

Colin Pinto-Martin is our Business Development Manager. At a very young age, he worked with a contractor and quickly became about as handy as they come. However, his real passion is music. In 2014 he received his Master in Music from Carnegie Mellon University. In his free time, you can find Colin working with various prestigious organizations (including the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra) to provide a variety of unique concert experiences. Because he is handy, he also has hobbies in woodwork, home improvement projects, and building his own marimbas! (You can find him shredding it on one of his own marimbas here.)

Colin began working for RPM Pittsburgh in 2014 as a Property Manager. In 2017, he transitioned into the position of Maintenance Coordinator. In May of 2019, he began his full-time work as Business Development Manager. On top of expanding the business, Colin provides support to all other departments at RPM.

Colin is happily married with two kids and a fur baby that keep him pretty busy. His wife is a kickboxer. So, he has backup.

Beth: Project Manager

Beth Gates is our Project Manager and brings us a wealth of experience. After obtaining her degree in finance, she fulfilled her goal of becoming a stockbroker. After working as a stockbroker for a time, she realized it wasn’t for her. She went back to school and obtained a degree in computer science. She worked as a programmer/analyst in the banking and finance field, then later became a consultant. Beth had two small children at the time and decided to put aside her IT career to focus on being a mother. She has also worked as a life coach, and eventually got hooked on real estate! She flips homes and also has a few rental properties of her own.

Beth loves hiking, gardening, real estate, reading, decorating, and traveling, but her favorite thing in this whole world is playing with her two grandchildren.

Beth oversees our maintenance department and is the main point of contact for our property owners concerning maintenance.

If you’re looking to profess your appreciation for Beth through gifts, may we suggest chocolate, apple pie, or a skiing trip to Switzerland.

Erica: Leasing Agent

Erica joined the RPM Pittsburgh team in the summer of 2019. Erica’s experience in customer service and leasing makes her perfect for this role! She has worked as a Real Estate Agent in Pittsburgh for several years and is always up to speed on the real estate market. She loves to be out and about in the city, always on the go.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter. She also loves shopping and reading. She has a tiny pet cat named Mila and a dog named Koby. She loves to eat steak and sushi and drink Starbucks white chocolate mocha. She is also a talented singer!

If Erica is caring for your vacant property, she will keep you updated on marketing and showings that are happening at your property. As a renter, Erica will be the one to show you around one of our listed properties. Erica’s hard-working commitment is refreshing. We love the positive energy she brings to the company!

Lilia: Property Manager

Lilia “Lily” joined RPM Pittsburgh in 2019. She has a diverse professional background in business administration, customer service, and property management! She has worked as a Medical Interpreter, Executive Administrative Assistant, Supervisor, and Trainer. Lilia is super organized and detail-oriented, but her greatest passion is providing exceptional customer service. She puts her heart into everything she does!

Lilia loves going to the beach, camping, and making her kids laugh! She loves Indian, Ethiopian, and Japanese food, and chocolate. Fun fact: she used to be a drummer in a band.

As a property manager, Lilia is actively involved in tenant communication, billing, and accounting, and a little bit of everything else. Lilia is one-of-a-kind, and we are so glad she joined our team!

Cami: Property Manager

Cami moved to Pittsburgh in 2018 and joined the RPM Pittsburgh team the same year. She brought with her 13 years of billing/accounting and customer service experience. She has an Etsy shop that she works on in her spare time. She is also going to school for her degree in web design.

Cami loves string arts specifically, but all arts and crafts in general! She loves Everyday Noodle and Ice cream. She is a big reader.  She has a pet cat named Archie that she loves dearly! She loves spending time with her friends and family and volunteers in her church congregation.

As Property Manager, Cami is the main point of contact for residents and property owners! She sees each of her residents from move-in to move-out.  She is passionate about providing a quality experience for everyone she works with. Cami’s efficient work and positive attitude are hard to beat!

Adrian: Maintenance Manager

Adrian is one of our assistant property managers and brings with him a degree in Communications and experience in customer service, reporting, CRM management, and data analysis. He’s worked with Adidas, LATAM, Comcast, and Philips Healthcare in various roles. This experience makes him a great fit in our property management department. His skills will be put to great use!

Adrian has a strong interest in the arts. He co-founded an art community called “Arte Indie” where he assists in connecting artists with consumers. His biggest joy comes from sharing the work of independent artists that he loves. In his spare time, you will most likely find him watching classic/artsy movies, playing the guitar, listening to music, or searching for some sweet sneakers or jackets.

Perla: Assistant Property Manager

Perla is one of our assistant property managers and brings with her a lot of customer service experience and a degree in Psychology.  She’s spent most of her career in the hospitality industry and also has experience in training and technical support. We’re so happy to have her on board and feel lucky to have another strong addition to our team!

Perla enjoys reading (especially about archeology), watching movies, yoga, and is also an accomplished baker. If you’re extra nice to her (or willing to pay a heafty price) she may even bake something for you.

Ivan: Maintenance Coordinator

Ivan brings a lot to the table for RPM Pittsburgh. His background is in logistics so he’s very detail-oriented and is focused on preventing issues. Which is a good skill to have when you’re dealing with maintenance! He’s also worked in the insurance, customer service, and real estate industries so he’s a great fit for this position.

If you ever find yourself in a conversation with Ivan and there is a question of geography, you better bring your A-game. He is quite well versed. He knows the name of just about every country. He loves playing the guitar, singing, learning new languages, working out, kickboxing, traveling, and trekking.

Iliana: Assistant Property Manager

Iliana is one of our assistant property managers and we’re so happy to have her! She brings with her experience working with Coca-Cola as a Marketing Director Assistant and later as a General Services Coordinator. She also worked for IQVIA as an assistant but was soon promoted as a Facilities Coordinator and later as a Real Estate Manager. She’s smart, efficient, and a has proven to be a great addition to our team.

Iliana also is a certified wedding planner and has started a side gig selling dog treats online. She has three fur babies (Two Siberian Huskies and one Weimaraner) and she may love them more than her husband. She’s a very good cook and also loves camping, gardening, traveling, and a good gin and tonic.

Jessica: Leasing Assistant

Jessica joined our team in February of 2021 and we couldn’t be happier to have her! She brings with her lots of customer service experience and has been a favorite with our resident leads. They are often very sad to hear she won’t be their property manager (it’s a good thing Cami and Lilia are awesome).

In her spare time Jessica loves to write fiction, cook, dance, and read.

Colton: Field Agent

Colton has been with us since February of 2021 and has already built up a great reputation within our company. His problem solving skills and his rapport with our residents and owners has been outstanding. He brings lots of customer service, sales, and leasing experience to our company that has been extremely helpful.

In his spare time Colton enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and Kodi Jane (his Weimaraner). He also enjoys long kayaking trips and food! He also swam competitively for 15 years and was once ranked the No. 1 golfer in 13-15 age group in the US! So happy to have you, Colton.

Our office is located near Shadyside on Highland Avenue.
