Owners of RPM Pittsburgh: Nate and Sarah Bringhurst

 

Nate and Sarah both were born and raised in Utah, just north of Salt Lake City. Sarah graduated from Weber State University as a Registered nurse in 2007, and Nate graduated from the University of Utah as a double major (economics and communications) in 2009. In the fall of 2011 they moved their family to Pittsburgh. Shortly thereafter, the doors of Real Property Management, Pittsburgh were officially opened. The rest is history!

Colin Pinto-Martin: Business Development Manager

Colin Pinto Martin is our Business Development Manager. At a very young age, he worked with a contractor and quickly became about as handy as they come. However, his real passion is music. In 2014 he received his Master in Music from Carnegie Mellon University. In his free time, you can find Colin working with various prestigious organizations (including the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra) to provide a variety of unique concert experiences. Because he is handy, he also has hobbies in woodwork, home improvement projects, and building his own marimbas!

Colin began working for RPM Pittsburgh in 2014 as a Property Manager. In 2017, he transitioned into the position of Maintenance Coordinator. In May of 2019, he began his fulltime work as Business Development Manager. On top of expanding the business, Colin provides support to all other departments at RPM.

Melany Adreon: Property Manager

(main point of contact for owners and tenants)

With previous experience as both a Service Coordinator and Leasing Agent, Melany joined the RPM team in 2017. She began as our Leasing Manager. One year later, she transitioned into her current role as Property Manager.  In her spare time, Melany enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, little boy, and pet dog.

Melany is the go-to contact person for both property owner clients AND tenants. Feel free to contact her with anything and everything, and she’ll send you in the right direction!

Maintenance Coordinator: Melissa Hamilton

Melissa began working with RPM Pittsburgh in 2016 as a vacancy specialist and administrative assistance. In 2019, she transitioned into her current role as Maintenance Coordinator. Melissa and her family are originally from Utah, but moved to Pittsburgh so her husband could pursue a degree at Chatham University. Lucklily for us, they are now permanent residents! Melissa and her husband have 3 boys and 1 girl, as well as a pet dog named Kota.

As Maintenance Coordinator, she can answer the maintenance questions you may have as a tenant or property owner, from broken door knob to leaky roof. We are really happy to have her on our team!

Camilla Bringhurst: Assistant Property Manager

Cami moved to Pittsburgh in 2018 and joined the RPM Pittsburgh team the same year. She brought with her 13 years of billing/accounting and customer service experience. She has an Etsy shop that she works on in her spare time. She is also going to school for her degree in web design.

As Assistant Property Manager, Cami is behind the scenes making things happen! She oversees utilities, lease renewals, property evaluations, and more. She works with Melany every day to ensure a quality experience for tenants and owners. Cami’s efficient work and positive attitude are hard to beat!

L. Denise Edwards: Vacancy Specialist

L. Denise joined the RPM Pittsburgh team in 2019. She brings with her a ton of experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent. L. Denise is also an active member of the Pittsburgh Community. As a member of the Grassroots Grantmaking Committee, she was recently offered a position on the Opportunity Fund panel. The organization awards funds to art projects and programs, social services and social justice initiatives, general entrepreneurship, and more. In her spare time, L. Denise enjoys spending time with her family, especially her new grandbaby!

As vacancy specialist, L. Denise will keep you updated on marketing for your property. If you are interested in renting, L. Denise may be the one to give you a tour of your future home here in Pittsburgh. L. Denise is highly professional and we are so glad she joined our team!

Erica Schrecengost: Vacancy Specialist

Erica joined the RPM Pittsburgh team in 2019. Erica’s experience in customer service and Leasing make her perfect for this role! She loves to be out and about in the city, always on the go. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter.

If Erica is caring for your vacant property, she will keep you updated on marketing and showings that are happening at your property. As a renter, Erica may be the one to show you around one of our listed properties. Erica’s hard working committment is refreshing. We love the positive energy she brings to the company!

Our office is located near Shadyside on Highland Avenue.
