Nate and Sarah Bringhurst: Owners

 

Nate and Sarah both were born and raised in Utah, just north of Salt Lake City. Sarah graduated from Weber State University as a Registered nurse in 2007, and Nate graduated from the University of Utah as a double major (economics and communications) in 2009. In the fall of 2011 they moved their family to Pittsburgh. Shortly thereafter, the doors of Real Property Management, Pittsburgh were officially opened. The rest is history!

Colin Pinto-Martin: Business Development Manager

Colin Pinto Martin is our Business Development Manager. At a very young age, he worked with a contractor and quickly became about as handy as they come. However, his real passion is music. In 2014 he received his Master in Music from Carnegie Mellon University. In his free time, you can find Colin working with various prestigious organizations (including the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra) to provide a variety of unique concert experiences. Because he is handy, he also has hobbies in woodwork, home improvement projects, and building his own marimbas!

Colin began working for RPM Pittsburgh in 2014 as a Property Manager. In 2017, he transitioned into the position of Maintenance Coordinator. In May of 2019, he began his fulltime work as Business Development Manager. On top of expanding the business, Colin provides support to all other departments at RPM.

Kristen Hogan: Office Manager

Prior to joining the RPM Pittsburgh team in 2019, Kristen managed a construction company for over 10 years, overseeing hundreds of renovation projects in the Pittsburgh area. She brings a wealth of property care knowledge and is excited for the continued opportunity to help people improve their quality of life. Kristen adores her family and pets, and loves to spend time with them.

Kristen is a main point of contact for our residents and property owners. Feel free to contact her with anything and everything, and she’ll send you in the right direction!

Melissa Hamilton: Maintenance Coordinator

Melissa began working with RPM Pittsburgh in 2016 as a vacancy specialist and administrative assistance. In 2019, she transitioned into her current role as Maintenance Coordinator. Melissa and her family are originally from Utah, but moved to Pittsburgh so her husband could pursue a degree at Chatham University. Lucklily for us, they are now permanent residents! Melissa and her husband have 3 boys and 1 girl, as well as a pet dog named Kota.

As Maintenance Coordinator, she can answer the maintenance questions you may have as a tenant or property owner, from broken door knob to leaky roof. We are really happy to have her on our team!

Camilla Bringhurst: Office Manager

Cami moved to Pittsburgh in 2018 and joined the RPM Pittsburgh team the same year. She brought with her 13 years of billing/accounting and customer service experience. She has an Etsy shop that she works on in her spare time. She is also going to school for her degree in web design.

Cami loves string arts specifically, but all arts and crafts in general! She loves Everyday Noodle and Icecream. She is a big reader.  She has a pet cat named Archie that she loves dearly! She loves spending time with her friends and family, and volunteers in her church congregation.

As Office Manager, Cami is a main point of contact for residents and property owners! She sees each of her residents from move-in to move-out.  She is passionate about providing a quality experience for everyone she works with. Cami’s efficient work and positive attitude are hard to beat!

Lilia Chi: Property Manager Assistant

Lilia “Lily” joined RPM Pittsburgh in 2019. She has a diverse professional background in business administration, customer service, and property management! She has worked as a Medical Interpreter, Executive Administrative Assistant, Supervisor, Trainer, and Server. Lilia is super organized and detail oriented, but her greatest passion is providing exceptional customer service. She puts her heart into everything she does!

Lilia loves going to the beach, camping, and making her kids laugh! She loves Indian, Ethiopian, and Japanese food, and chocolate. Fun fact: she used to be a drummer in a band.

As property manager assistant, Lilia is actively involved in tenant communication, billing, and accounting, and a little bit of everything else. Lilia is one-of-a-kind, and we are so glad she joined our team!

Erica Schrecengost: Vacancy Specialist

Erica joined the RPM Pittsburgh team in 2019. Erica’s experience in customer service and Leasing make her perfect for this role! She has worked as a Real Estate Agent in Pittsburgh for several years, and is always up to speed on the Real Estate Market. She loves to be out and about in the city, always on the go.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter. She also loves shopping and reading. She has a tiny pet cat named Mila and a dog named Koby. She loves to eat steak and sushi and drink Starbucks white chocolate mocha. She is also a talented singer!

If Erica is caring for your vacant property, she will keep you updated on marketing and showings that are happening at your property. As a renter, Erica will be the one to show you around one of our listed properties. Erica’s hard working committment is refreshing. We love the positive energy she brings to the company!
