Yes. The evaluation is free, and there’s no obligation to hire us.
Do I have to sign up for property management?
No. Many owners use the evaluation to decide whether renting makes sense. If you choose to work with us, our full-service management plans start at 10% of monthly rent. See our property management fees.
What if I only need a tenant placed?
Our Lease-Only service finds, screens and places a qualified tenant, then you manage the property yourself. The fee is 100% of the first month’s rent, up to $1,500.
