Colin

Business Development Manager

At a very young age, Colin worked with a contractor and quickly became as handy as they come. However, his real passion is music. In 2014, he received his Master’s in Music from Carnegie Mellon University. In his free time, Colin works with prestigious organizations (including the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra) to offer unique concert experiences. Because he is handy, he also enjoys woodworking, home improvement projects, and building marimbas!

Colin began working for RPM Pittsburgh in 2014 as a Property Manager. In 2017, he transitioned into the Maintenance Coordinator position. In May 2019, he began working full-time as Business Development Manager. In addition to expanding the business, Colin provides support to all other departments at RPM.

Colin is happily married with two kids and a fur baby who keeps him pretty busy. His wife is a kickboxer, so don’t mess with him, he has backup.

Cami

Property Manager

Cami joined RPM Pittsburgh in 2018, bringing with her 13 years of billing/accounting and customer service experience. She studied education and fine arts in school, and has enjoyed learning all there is to know about real estate.

Cami spends most of her free time working on arts and crafts projects and has an Etsy shop featuring some of her creations. She is also working through all of the audiobooks and podcasts ever created and is always open to a good recommendation. She loves road trips, camping, kayaking, teasing her nieces and nephews, and cuddling with her cat, Mortimer.

As Property Manager, Cami is the main point of contact for residents and property owners! She sees each of her residents from move-in to move-out. She is passionate about providing a quality experience for everyone she works with. Cami’s efficient work and positive attitude are hard to beat!

Claudette

Property Manager

Claudette brings more than a decade of experience in property management, leasing, sales, and customer relations to the RPM Pittsburgh team. Throughout her career, she has successfully managed large residential portfolios, maintained high occupancy rates, overseen property operations, and built lasting relationships with residents and owners alike.

Before joining RPM Pittsburgh, Claudette managed hundreds of residential units, led maintenance and operations teams, developed property budgets, and coordinated renovations and vendor services. Her background also includes extensive experience in leasing, where she consistently ranked among the top performers, helping prospective residents find the right homes and ensuring a positive rental experience.

Known for her attention to detail, and passion for helping people, Claudette is committed to delivering exceptional service and creating positive outcomes for both property owners and residents. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English and Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master of Fine Arts from Chatham University.

Lilia

Property Manager

Lilia joined RPM Pittsburgh in 2019. She has a diverse professional background in business administration, customer service, and property management! She has worked as a Medical Interpreter, Executive Administrative Assistant, Supervisor, and Trainer. Lilia is super organized and detail-oriented, but her greatest passion is providing exceptional customer service. She puts her heart into everything she does!

Lilia loves going to the beach, camping, and making her kids laugh! She loves Indian, Ethiopian, and Japanese food, as well as chocolate. Fun fact: she used to be a drummer in a band.

As a property manager, Lilia is actively involved in tenant communication, billing, and accounting, as well as a little bit of everything else. Lilia is one-of-a-kind, and we are so glad she’s on our team!

John

Assistant Property Manager

John is one of our assistant property managers and brings extensive customer service experience and a degree in Elementary Education. He’s spent most of his career in the tech industry and also has experience in sales. We’re so excited to have him on our team! His optimistic attitude inspires everyone on the team.

John enjoys spending time with his dogs, traveling, reading, and dining on Filipino and Korean food. He’s dying to visit Rome, Egypt, and Machu Picchu. So if you’re ever headed out that way, he’d love to tag along with you.

Servando

Assistant Property Manager

Servando brings a lot to the table for RPM Pittsburgh. His background is in construction and construction management in Denver, Colorado so he’s very detail-oriented and is focused on preventing issues, which is a good skill to have when you’re dealing with maintenance! He’s also worked in customer service and property management, so he’s a great fit for this position.

Servando loves to read, loves music, and loves sports (especially the Denver Broncos, booooo!). And although he didn’t mention them specifically, we’re pretty sure he loves his family too.

Perla

Assistant Property Manager

Perla is one of our assistant property managers and brings extensive customer service experience and a degree in Psychology. She’s spent most of her career in the hospitality industry and also has experience in training and technical support. We’re so happy to have her on board and feel lucky to have another strong addition to our team!

Perla enjoys reading (especially about archeology), watching movies, doing yoga, and is also an accomplished baker. If you’re extra nice to her (or willing to pay a hefty price), she may even bake something for you.

Logan

Leasing Agent

Logan joined RPM Pittsburgh in June 2024, fresh from an internship with our very own Pittsburgh Steelers. Logan is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership at the University of Colorado Boulder. He played college basketball at Edinboro University and is now moving on to mastering golf.

In his spare time, he enjoys traveling with his girlfriend and looking for great sushi restaurants. He’s already making incredible contributions, and we look forward to all the great contributions he’ll continue to make to our team.

Joshua

Leasing Assistant

Joshua brings over years of hands-on experience in real estate and property management, with a background in operations, tenant relations, leasing coordination, maintenance management, and team support. He’s worked with both long-term rentals and short-term vacation properties, helping streamline operations and improve day-to-day efficiency. He enjoys working with people, learning new things, and being part of a team that values communication, reliability, and growth.

Outside of work, he loves to travel and explore new places, and he’s also a huge animal lover. He and his girlfriend currently have 12 cats!

Trinity

Assistant Maintenance Coordinator

Trinity serves as an Assistant Maintenance Coordinator at RPM Pittsburgh, where she helps streamline the maintenance process for residents, property owners. She assists with coordinating repair requests, scheduling services, and ensuring communication remains clear and timely throughout each project. Her strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and customer-focused approach make her a valuable asset to the maintenance team.

Her positive attitude and willingness to assist others contribute to a productive experience for everyone.

Michelle

Assistant Maintenance Coordinator

Michelle was born and raised in the Philippines and has a degree in Veterinary Technology. She’s been working in property management since 2022, focusing on maintenance coordination. She manages property repairs, vendor communications, and owner updates to make sure everything runs efficiently and on time. She takes pride in being organized, reliable, and proactive in solving problems and keeping things on track.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, exploring new places, and spending time with family and friends.

Eric

Assistant Maintenance Coordinator

Eric joined the RPM Pittsburgh team as an Assistant Maintenance Coordinator, bringing a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding service. In his role, he works closely with property owners, residents, and vendors to help coordinate maintenance requests, schedule repairs, and ensure issues are resolved efficiently.

Eric enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to help others.

Cory

Assistant Maintenance Coordinator

Cory serves as an Assistant Maintenance Coordinator at RPM Pittsburgh, where he helps ensure maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently. Working closely with residents, property owners, and service vendors, Cory assists with scheduling repairs, coordinating work orders, and keeping communication clear throughout the maintenance process. His organized approach, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to help make him a dependable member of the maintenance team.

Cory enjoys working with people and takes pride in helping keep properties well maintained while providing a positive experience for everyone involved.

Nikki

Assistant Maintenance Coordinator

Nikki joined RPM Pittsburgh as an Assistant Maintenance Coordinator, where she plays an important role in helping ensure maintenance requests are handled efficiently from start to finish. She works closely with residents, property owners, and vendors to coordinate repairs, schedule appointments, and provide timely updates throughout the maintenance process. Her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and friendly communication style help keep daily operations running smoothly.
